The first message.
One sentence, one offer, one call to action. No company name. No software pitch. Just a free customer ready to buy.
What works
The shape of a good first message:
Bonjour [name], j'ai un client qui cherche un [service] à [city] aujourd'hui. Vous êtes disponible ?
Three traits: it's in the local language, it's a real imminent need, it asks one yes/no question. No mention of bord. No mention of tech. No PDF.
The provider replies because the message is indistinguishable from a real customer in their inbox. Then bord becomes the customer.
What does not work
- "Hi, I'm from bord, an AI marketing platform…" — instant ignore.
- Mass templated WhatsApp messages with images — flags the number.
- Cold-call from an unknown number with no follow-up text — distrust.
- Anything that hints "we are software" — providers shut down.
The 10–30 second cadence
Between sends, 10 to 30 seconds. Random within that window, not fixed. The Provider Finder UI does not auto-send — it opens the wa.me link, pre-fills the text, the founder reviews and presses send manually. That manual click is the difference between active number and blocked number.
After the reply
A "yes" reply: send the lead immediately. A "not available": ask if they want to be on the regular roster for future leads. A "maybe": explain bord exists and bring the partnership up. A "who is this": short version of the deal. No PDF unless asked.
